Please note:
We use an application called iSurvey ensuring a 24 hour turnaround.
We reserve the right to add additional costs if properties are excessively large or overstocked with furniture/ kitchen equipment.
Rooms included: Kitchen, reception room, hallways, bedrooms and main bathroom.
Additional rooms: dining rooms, (through lounge/ dining rooms will be counted as 2 rooms), extra bathrooms/ shower rooms, WC's, conservatories, cellars, gardens, furnished balconies.
Photos are included in all our reports.
Inventory up-dates/ re-types will be charged at £25 on top of the check-in fee if not our original document.
Sunday appointments and properties within the Congestion Zone will be subject to a £10 surcharge.
We require 4 hours notice to cancel or postpone a planned visit. Failure to do so will result in a £50.00 cancellation charge.
